Thank you for the articles on measuring the effectiveness of
coaching. This is a critical issue - the industry needs to face
its own competence at delivering outcomes both tangible and
intangible or will lose its core franchise. And it helps me
answer the question of outcomes succinctly without ignoring the
intangible aspects. This is especially important in the
Australian market which is still developing.
